Full Service Decorating
We take care of all the details from beginning to end!
Following an In-Home Consultation, we will get started with creating design concept boards, floor plans with proposed furniture placement, materials selection, etc... Approved items are then ordered, tradesmen scheduled and managed, all in preparation for Installation Day.
Virtual Decorating
A simple option for creating a beautiful space!
This package is customized to fit your space, style and budget. It's as easy as sending us photos and measurements of the room(s) to be decorated and we work with you to determine the best design direction by creating a plan that includes a concept board, space plan and shopping list.
Pre-Purchase Consultation
This service is for those planning to purchase, lease or rent a home. We strongly recommend for clients to book this service to discuss the possibilities from a design perspective.
We are masterful at space planning and functional layouts, which will give you peace of mind with your decision.

THE PROCESS

Discovery Call

During this introductory call we will get a general idea of your project(s) and how the LaMA collective can help you create it. If we find we are a good fit for each other, we schedule a date and time for our in-home consultation. Shortly after the call you will also receive a questionnaire via email to complete and return prior to our in-home appointment.

In-Home Consultation

We will meet at the project location with all decision-makers to further discuss the needs, expectations and your vision for the space(s). Typically this appointment takes a couple hours (depending on the size of the project). Measurements and photos will be taken to assist with putting together a floor plan and with the selection of materials. We will also discuss your budget for the project.

Proposal

Following our visit, you will receive a Proposal which will detail the scope of the project as discussed, our design fees, policies and warranty. Once the signed Proposal and Design Fees are received we will get started with your project.

Design Presentation

For this meeting we insist that all decision makers attend. You will be presented with a carefully created, curated and edited design along with a finalized floor plan for the finished look of the space(s). Proposed furniture, fabrics, lighting, and accessories selected will be shown. Time has been allocated for the next following days to purchase items approved so please be ready to make some decisions, sign off and give approvals.

Ordering

During this pre-allocated time set aside for your project, we will begin the ordering process for approved items to be mailed/delivered to the project address.
